Notebooksbilliger.de kann mehr als nur 'günstige Notebooks' zu verkaufen - wir bieten mittlerweile alles, was das Technikherz begehrt. Und dazu gehört unter anderem unser einmaliger Kundenservice durch unsere notebooksbilliger-Teams in den Stores. Wir ermöglichen geregelte Arbeitszeiten mit der Möglichkeit zur Arbeit aus dem Home Office (bei Bedarf) und ein attraktives Gehaltsmodell mit einer überdurchschnittliche leistungsorientierten Provisionsvergütung on top.

Das ist deine Rolle in unserem Team

#Herausforderung: Du repräsentierst unsere nbb.com Werte in unseren Stores und machst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Kunden zu Fans.

#Aufgabe: Du stehst unseren Kunden bei der Auswahl Ihres neuen Technik Produktes mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

#Tätigkeiten: Aktives Verkaufen und eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation gehören genauso zu deinen Aufgaben wie kleinere Servicetätigkeiten (zB. Software Installationen oder Aufrüstungen). Das Bestandsmanagement und Kassiertätigkeiten runden deine Tätigkeit bei uns ab.

#Begeisterung: Mit deiner Begeisterung für Technik und deiner Leidenschaft den besten Kundenservice zu bieten, findest du die optimalen Lösungen für unsere Kunden.

#Abwechslung: Als Teil unserer orangen Off- und Onlinewelt hast du die Möglichkeit, temporär oder zukünftig auch langfristig, aus dem Homeoffice heraus unsere anderen Abteilungen zu unterstützen. Dies kann im Produktmanagement sein, welche den Onlineshop mit Leben füllen, bei den Kommunikationsexperten im Frontoffice, als Unterstützung in der Buchhaltung beim Informationsaustausch mit unseren Lieferanten oder auch als Ansprechpartner für unsere Businesskunden im Bereich Systemhaus.

Das hast du bereits im Gepäck

#Background: Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder einschlägige Verkaufserfahrungen im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Bereich IT-Produkte/Unterhaltungselektronik sind von Vorteil.

#Motivation: Begeisterungsfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis sind für dich selbstverständlich.

#Kommunikation: Teamfähigkeit und Kundenservice sind für dich selbstverständlich und Dank deiner sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie deiner Kontaktfreude, schaffst du es in kurzer Zeit, andere schnell zu begeistern.

#Kundenorientierung: Du beweist Fingerspitzengefühl und hast ein Gespür für Techniktrends.

#Teamfähigkeit: Du bist ein Teamplayer und übernimmst gerne die Verantwortung für deine Fläche.

Notebooksbilliger.de can do more than just sell 'cheap notebooks' - we now offer everything a tech heart could desire. And this includes, among other things, our unique customer service through our notebooksbilliger teams in the stores. We offer regular working hours with the option of working from a home office (if required) and an attractive salary model with an above-average performance-based commission payment on top.

Your role in our team

#Challenge: You represent our nbb.com values in our stores and together with your team turn customers into fans.

#Tasks: You will provide advice and assistance to our customers in the selection of their new technology product.

#Activities: Active selling and an appealing presentation of goods are as much a part of your duties as smaller service activities (e.g. software installations or upgrades). Inventory management and cashier activities round off your work with us.

#Excitement: With your enthusiasm for technology and your passion to provide the best customer service, you find the optimal solutions for our customers.

#Variety: As part of our orange off- and online world, you have the opportunity to support our other departments from your home office, either temporarily or in the future on a long-term basis. This can be in product management, which fill the online store with life, with the communication experts in the front office, as support in accounting in the exchange of information with our suppliers or as a contact person for our business customers in the system house area.

Your profile

#Background: Commercial training and/or relevant sales experience in retail, ideally in the area of IT products/consumer electronics are an advantage.

#Motivation: Enthusiasm and a strong understanding of service are a matter of course for you.

#Communication: Teamwork and customer service are a matter of course for you and thanks to your very good communication skills as well as your sociability, you manage to quickly inspire others.

#Customer orientation: You demonstrate a sure instinct and have a feel for technical trends.
